PUBLIC NOTICE
The Delsea Regional Board of Education is currently requesting proposals for a Food Services Management Company (FSMC). The FSMC will provide management services according to United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations and guidelines as well as New Jersey Department of Agriculture policies and guidelines.
The FSMC must currently be registered with the NJ Department of Agriculture Division of Food and Nutrition.
Specifications for Proposals may be obtained from the School Business Administrator Mr. Joseph Collins, between the hours of 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Upon release of the RFP, all FSMC communications concerning this information request must be directed in writing no later than 4:00 pm on May 24, 2023 to the schools Business Administrator who is the only authorized contact person for the RFP.
All proposals must be submitted no later than 11:00 AM June 1, 2023. Proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to Mr. Joseph Collins School Business Administrator, and be clearly marked ‘FSMC Proposal” and submitted to the address below:

The Delsea Regioinal Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and or all proposals or accept the proposal that it finds, in the sole discretion, to be the most advantageous to the Schools Food Authority (SFA).
