NARCOTICS ARREST – Franklin Township
****Narcotics Arrest****
On Wednesday, July 5th, 2017 at approx. 00:09 hours Franklin Township Police Patrolman Gregory Halikman was conducting a property check at the Franklin Township Youth Soccer Complex located at 860 Dutchmill Rd. Patrolman Halikman located an occupied vehicle in the park after hours. According to a press release from Franklin Township Police Department the vehicle was occupied by Tyler A. Fuller of Franklinville. After speaking to Fuller police were able to locate a large amount of narcotics in Fuller’s vehicle. Police recovered 53 bags of suspected heroin, 3 bags of suspected marijuana, and 1 bag of suspected crack cocaine. Fuller was placed under arrest and charged with the following offenses:
-Possession with intent to distribute heroin
-Possession with intent to distribute crack/cocaine
-Possesion of marijuana under 50 grams
-Possession of CDS parapharnalia
Fuller was lodged in the Salem County Correctional Facility awaiting a detention hearing.
