ETHEL LOUISE O’HARA
          Ethel Louise O’Hara (nee Bullock) of Williamstown on Saturday, March 4, 2017.  Age 96.  Wife of the late John J. “Jack” O”Hara.  Mother of Sean O’Hara, Brian (Linda) O’Hara, Kevin (Kathy) O’Hara, Maureen (Robert) Hoffmann, and Terrence (Barbara) O’Hara.  Grandmother of 11, and Great-grandmother of 2.  Sister of the late Beulah “Boots” Jordan.  Daughter of the late Robinson Bullock and Martha (nee Seaman) Lipp.
       Born in Harrington, DE and raised in Carneys Point, Ethel was a 56 year resident of Clayton before moving to Williamstown 2 ½ years ago.  She was a graduate of Pennsgrove High School. In her younger years, she was an accomplished ballroom dancer. Her dance card was always full as she danced in several venues in NJ, DE and PA. She initially worked at Dupont. Upon moving to Clayton, she became a police dispatcher for the Clayton police department, retiring after 20 years in 1988.   Ethel was an avid reader, especially of romance novels, and enjoyed crocheting and crossword puzzles.  She was active with Saint Catherine of Siena Church and School.
         Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the BARCLAY FUNERAL HOME, 208 Maple Street, Clayton.  Funeral service is at 11 AM at the funeral home.  Interment will be at Saint Mary’s Cemetery, Williamstown.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Ethel’s memory to the Clayton Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge #130, PO Box 160, Clayton, NJ 08312.   Sign the guest book and send condolences at BarclayFuneralHome.net.
