GLASSBORO PUBLIC LIBRARY JANUARY PROGRAMS

January Highlights:

LOCAL AUTHOR MARK POULTON – Thursday, January 19th, 7pm.  Meet Mark Poulton author of “A Cat Named Haiku.” Signed copies of his book will be available for purchase.  All ages. Sponsored by FGCLS.

“MAGIC: THE GATHERING” NIGHT – Wednesday, January 25th, 7pm.  Join the Comic Book Store and Glassboro Library as we teach you the game of “Magic: The Gathering.” All skill levels welcomed.

“SOUPER BOWL” TUESDAY – Saturday, January 31st, 11:30am. The Super Bowl is just around the corner & what better time to make “Soup”!  Come join us for a take home soup kit in a jar to have on a cold winter day.  Ages 6 to 12.  Please register in advance so we can have enough soup “fixins” for everyone.

CREATIVITYSTUDIO TOUR & EXPLORE – Mondays, 4:00pm & Fridays, 2:30pm, on Jan. 9th, 13th, 23rd, 27th and 30th.  Take a tour of our new public community makerspace! See equipment demonstrations such as: 3D Printers, Virtual Reality Headsets, Animation Studio, 3D Scanner, Green Screen Kit, Button Maker, Makey Makey, Arduino Microcomputers, Vinyl Cutter and other STEM based equipment. All ages.
