ELMER J. LINDMEIER – Obituary

Elmer J. Lindmeier on Saturday, March 3, 2018.  Age 76.  Father of Timothy A. Lindmeier of Clementon and Tracy (Jeff) Flinn of Sicklerville.  Grandfather of Shane, Collin, Olivia, and Noah.  Brother of William, Joseph, Joan, and the late Robert Lindmeier.  Son of the late William F. and Marie O. (nee Foster) Lindmeier.
Born and raised in Franklinville, Elmer was a resident of Clayton for 11 years before returning to Franklinville where he lived for a longtime until his recent move to Clementon.  He proudly served in the US Army during the Vietnam War and later was a Grounds and Maintenance Worker for the Township of Franklin Public Schools for 20 years until his retirement in 2004.  Elmer was a member of the Sgt. Anthony P. Grochowski VFW Post 2071 in Franklinville, the Homer L. Ewan American Legion Post 179 in Franklinville, and the Clayton Elks Lodge 2132.
