New Jersey Storm Water Regulations require that leaves be placed at the curb no sooner than seven days prior to pick-up and no closer than ten (10) feet to storm drains. Leaves are not to be raked into the street or roadway. They are to be placed at the curb. No bagged leaves will be accepted.
