JUDITH E. TURNER – Obituary
Judith E Turner (nee Spinelli) went home to be with Jesus on August 26, 2022. Judi grew up in Glassboro NJ; graduating from Glassboro High School. Judi went on to work at Glassboro State College (Rowan) in the Vice Chancellors Office, then later in the Somers Pt School District. After retirement she worked at the Hilton Casino in Special Events. Over the years she was involved in many Christian and Community organizations in our local area and serving in her local church. Judi loved to travel all over the world. Her love of traveling was enhanced by her love of reading and history. Her love of dogs was only surpassed by her love for people. The word most used to describe her was “encourager”. Also mentioned was her quick wit which left us laughing often. Most important of all was her love for her Savior Jesus Christ. Her hope was in Him. Judi was predeceased by her parents Bob and Betty Raymer. She leaves behind her daughter Kelly (Art) Barlow, a son George (Kate) Turner; 8 grandchildren, Bryon (Faith) Hawn, Joshua (Sarah) Hawn, Jason (Angela) Barlow, Jessica Getty, Elyse Barlow, Morgann Turner, George Turner IV, Emma Turner; and 6 great grandchildren Savannah, Gianni, Austin, Claire, Deaglan, Josephine and also many friends and loved ones. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday September 9 th, 2022 at Second Cape May Baptist Church 600 S Shore Rd, Marmora, NJ at 6pm with a time to reminisce and fellowship following the service.
