JAMES WILLIAM RODRIGUEZ – Obituary
James William Rodriguez of Minotola suddenly on Saturday, December 23, 2023. Age 27. Son of Kimberly Ann Rodriguez (nee McCormick) and Jamie Rodriguez. Brother of Antonio Rodriguez and Jamie Torres. Nephew of Stacy & Gary Smith. Uncle to Anthony Torres. Also survived by a host of other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Born in Vineland and raised in Pittsgrove Township, Jimmy has been a resident of Minotola for the past 15 years. He was a 2015 graduate of Buena Regional High School and worked for 3 years with Velex of Hamilton Township as a Tower Technician. Recently, Jimmy was hired by Gerhart of Pennsauken as a mechanical engineer.
Jimmy loved sports, especially wrestling and football. He began wrestling in elementary school and continued until he graduated high school. Jimmy’s true passion, though, was football. He played throughout his years of school and even continued to play after graduation on a semi-pro football team with his brother. He loved riding his street bike and dirt bike and loved his German Shepherd “Shade”. Above all, Jimmy loved his family and friends, and while he didn’t always say the words, his actions spoke volumes in how he felt about them.
