Caroline Reutter School in Franklinville NJ Student Council Vice President James Phan and Secretary Brooke Szwed delivered a school update during the November 13th, 2023 Township of Franklin Public Schools Board of Education Meeting. The student council executive members highlighted the various events and instructional highlights that students at CLR have been experiencing over the first trimester of the academic year.
