EUNICE MARY KEENAN

        Eunice Mary Keenan (nee Neitzel) on Friday, January 6, 2017.  Age 82.  Wife of 27 years to the late James Edward Keenan.  Mother of Charles (Jean) DiSalvo, Vince Keenan, Jimmy (Shirley) Keenan, Johnny (Jeanette) Keenan, Darlene (Ed) Engelke, Michael (Kristi) Keenan, Bernard Keenan, Albert (Mary) Keenan, and the late Carol DiSalvo and Patricia Keenan.  Grandmother and Great-grandmother to many.  Sister of Calvin Neitzel.  Daughter of the late August and Carrie Neitzel.

         Born and raised in Philadelphia, Eunice has been a resident of Malaga since 1968.  She worked as an assembly worker with RCA for 30 years and later with NER for 10 years in both Glassboro and Franklinville until her retirement in 2004.  Eunice very much enjoyed working and especially the fellowship with co-workers that it provided.  She loved her many animals, both domestic and wild, whom she fed and cared for over the years.  Her family recalls that all who knew her called her “Mom”.

               Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Sunday, January 8, 2017 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the BARCLAY FUNERAL HOME, 208 Maple Street, Clayton.  Funeral Service at 2:00 PM at the funeral home.  Interment on Monday, January 9th at 10 AM at Manahath Cemetery, Glassboro.  Contributions may be made in her memory to the Gloucester County Animal Shelter, 1200 N.
