DENNIS MICHAEL HAUENSTEIN – Obituary
Dennis Michael “Mike” Hauenstein of the Iona Section of Franklinville on Monday, February 12, 2024. Age 75. Husband of 45 years to Sandra L. “Sam” Hauenstein (nee Larson). Father of Micah L. Hauenstein (Danielle Coblentz) and Luke L. Hauenstein (Christina Goodwin). Grandfather of Greyson and Charlotte “Charlie” Hauenstein. Brother of Bill Hauenstein, Tom Hauenstein, Kathleen Wilson, Bob Hauenstein, and Trish Richmond. Son of the late William E. & Catherine M. Hauenstein. Also survived by his grand-dog “RoboCop” and his best friend, Kevin Berry.
Born in Philadelphia, Mike was a lifelong resident of Iona and a 1968 graduate of Delsea Regional High School. He served a year in the US Navy as a nuclear submariner and worked for 30+ years out of the Construction & General Laborers, Local 172 in Trenton.
