CLAYTON MAN CHARGED WITH FIRST DEGREE DRUG OFFENSE

Clayton Police Department has conducted a month long narcotics investigation on a residence on Morrow Lane which resulted in obtaining a search warrant. On 6/29/17, Clayton Police with assistance from Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office and Franklin Twp. Police Department executed the search warrant on the residence on Morrow Lane. Located during the search was approximately 584 hits of LSD, ¾ ounce of marijuana, marijuana wax “dabs”, drug paraphernalia, drug packaging materials, and a digital scales. Russell P. Reebenaker 3rd(23rd old male) was arrested on scene and charged with distribution/possession of LSD (1st degree offense), distribution of marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge William Golden issued a warrant without bail (New Bail Reform). Russell P. Reebenaker 3rdwas lodged in the Salem County Jail. Det. Jackson Harrington was lead detective investigating the case.
