CHARLES BONAFIGLIA, JR. – Obituary

Charles Bonafiglia, Jr., 68, of Franklinville, NJ, passed away on January 7, 2018. Born and raised in Philadelphia, he has lived in Franklinville since 1978. Mr. Bonafiglia worked for the Division of Motor Vehicles before retiring. He was a member of Amazing Grace Community Church in Franklinville. He was a US Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a life member and served twice as the Commander of the VFW Post# 2071 in Franklinville, a Charter Member of the Marine Corps League, a life member of the Disabled American Veterans Glassboro Chapter# 80 and a member of the National Rifle Association. He enjoyed traveling with his family. Beloved husband of Kathleen Bonafiglia (nee Rastelli). Devoted father of Liz Bonafiglia-Pedrick (Brian), Theresa Bonafiglia-Nichols (Thomas), Bernadette Bonafiglia, Angel Marchione, Vince Mustaro and Edward Wieland. Loving grandfather of 13 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Maryann Munce, the late John Logan, the late Harry Logan, the late Joe Logan and the late Michael Logan. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Thursday, January 11th from 7:00 – 9:00 pm and Friday, January 12th from 10:00 – 11:00 am at the Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main Street, Williamstown, where a service will follow at 11:00 am. Burial with military honors will follow in the Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown.
