Salvatore Anthony Puglia, Sr. passed peacefully on Sunday, October 21, 2018. Age 42. Husband of Meeghan A. Puglia (nee Foglio). Father of Antonio Fithian, Alayna Puglia, Salvatore Puglia, Jr., and Gianni Puglia. Step-father of Dante Acquarolo. Son of Linda Buscemi Goldeck (husband Robert Goldeck). Son of Nicholas F. Puglia, Sr. (wife Catherine Costa Puglia). Brother of Nicholas F. Puglia, Jr., Crystal Puglia, and Linda Puglia. Half-brother of Desiree Puglia. Grandson of Lucille Buscemi and the late Salvatore Anthony Buscemi. Uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Born in Camden and raised in Clayton, Salvatore was most recently a resident of Vineland. He was a 1994 graduate of Clayton High School and worked for many years in mortgage sales. During his years as a Clayton Clipper, Salvatore was involved in baseball, football, and wrestling. He sponsored numerous men’s softball teams throughout his years in the mortgage industry.
