The following Resolution was memorialized during the December 3, 2024 Zoning Board meeting.

• ZB2415 – Visconti Brothers Properties, LLC – Block: 5501 Lot: 31 – 4801 Lake Rd, Newfield NJ 08344 – Reason for Request: revision of approved site plan to move asphalt paving and stormwater basin and construction of new stormwater basins from Phase I to Phase II, as originally approved, and to replace previously approved “Merchants Metals” fence with a n 8-foot-high security chain link fence, previously approved as temporary fencing. Request is to permit chain link fence to remain as the permanent fence. Granted, subject to conditions.

• ZB2412 – ARCR Properties, LLC– Block: 5702 Lot: 55 – Main Rd, Franklinville NJ 08322 – Reason for Request: Variance relief for minimum lot frontage, 150 feet minimum is required and existing lot is non-conforming at 10 feet. Denied.
