NOTICE TO APPLICANTS
TOWNSHIP OF ELK, GLOUCESTER COUNTY, NEW JERSEY
POLICE TOWING SERVICES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that applications will be received by the Municipal Clerk of the Township of Elk, 680 Whig Lane, Monroeville, New Jersey 08343, on or before February 24, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in the Township Municipal Building for police towing services. All applications must be submitted on forms furnished by the Township. Applications on any other forms will not be accepted. Application documents and specifications can be obtained at the Elk Township Police Department at the Municipal Building, 680 Whig Lane, Monroeville, New Jersey 08343, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday – Wednesday and 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Thursday. Applications shall be delivered to the Township Clerk of the Township of Elk, 680 Whig Lane, Monroeville, New Jersey 08343. Each application must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, properly endorsed with the name of the Applicant, with the designation “TOWING SERVICES”. Applications may be received before the hour designated in this office if they are mailed or hand delivered in person. The Township of Elk will not be responsible for any application that is sent by mail or other form of carrier which is lost or which arrives after the application date and time. The Township Committee reserves the right to reject any or all applications, or any part thereof, waive informalities therein and to award the applications in the best interest of the Township.
