PUBLIC NOTICE Take notice that an application for a flood hazard area individual permit has been submitted to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Land Resource Protection for the development described below: APPLICANT: Gloucester Solar I, LLC PROJECT NAME: Gloucester Solar Project PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Gloucester Solar I, LLC is proposing to construct a 44-megawatt solar facility at the approximately 256-acre parcel. PROJECT STREET ADDRESS: 1457 Fries Mill Road, Franklinville, NJ BLOCK: 1902 LOT: 1 MUNICIPALITY: Franklin Township COUNTY: Gloucester The complete permit application package can be reviewed at either the municipal clerk’s office in the municipality in which the site subject to the application is located, or by appointment at the Department’s Trenton Office. The Department of Environmental Protection welcomes comments and any information that you may provide concerning the proposed development and site.
