SERIOUS MOTOR VEHICLE CRASH – Franklin Township
On Friday morning (3/30/18) at around 8:38 am, the Franklin Twp Police Department responded to a report of a single motor vehicle crash into a tree near the 1700 block of West Boulevard. Police investigation revealed the 2004 Toyota Camry was being driven by a Chad Santiago, a 27 year old Vineland resident, traveling south on West Blvd when the Camry left the roadway to the left striking a mailbox and a tree. As a result of the crash, Santiago was flown by Medivac 5 Helicopter to Cooper Hospital for unspecified injuries. Assisting at the crash scene was Inspira Paramedics, Gloucester County EMS, Malaga Fire Department and Medivac 5 Helicopter. Sgt. A. Rojas is investigating the crash.
