The following RESOLUTIONS were memorialized during the September 17, 2024 Township of Franklin Planning Board meeting.
- PB2401 – Ryan Morris – B1306 L32 – 1012 Delsea Dr – Minor Site Plan Approval – applicant is seeking to construct a 1200 sqft pole barn structure in the rear of the property. Variances need for insufficient lot frontage, buffering and driveway surface material. Granted, subject to conditions.
- PB2402 – Generations Enterprises, LLC – B1802 L16 & 17 – Grant Ave – Minor Subdivision Approval – applicant is seeking to adjust lot line to make frontage confirm to requirements for future building project. Granted, subject to conditions.
