The following resolutions were memorialized during the April 15, 2024 Township of Franklin Planning Board meeting.
- PB2408 – Paul Garofolo Jr – Block 5801 Lots 50 & 51 – 2400 Main Road, Franklinville 08322 – applicant is proposing to merge the two existing lots, and subdivide a 1.58-acre portion of the tract into a new lot. No new construction is proposed at this time. Granted, subject to conditions.
- PB2411 – Anne Dinshah – Block 5401 Lots 18 & 20 – 113 Dinshah Drive, Malaga 08328 – applicant is seeking to reconfigure the boundaries between two existing properties at the end of the street through subdivision and consolidation. No new lots are proposed to be created. Granted, subject to conditions.
