PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 17th day of February 2026, at 7:00 PM, a hearing will be held before the Township of Franklin, County of Gloucester, State of New Jersey Planning Board or Zoning Board of Adjustment at the Township of Franklin Municipal Court Room 1571 Delsea Drive Franklinville, NJ 08322 on the appeal or application of the undersigned for a variance or other relief so as to permit preliminary and final site plan approval for construction of storage warehouse with associated parking areas, landscaping and any other improvements required on the premises located at 1520 Harding Highway, Franklin Township, New Jersey and designated as Block 7202 Lot(s) 9 on the Township of Franklin TaxMap. All maps and papers are on file in the office of the Municipal Clerk and are available for inspection during regular business hours.
