NOTICE
O-11-2025 ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN, COUNTY OF GLOUCESTER, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, RELEASING, EXTINGUISHING AND VACATING THE RIGHTS OF THE PUBLIC IN A PORTION OF PAPER STREETS
The above ordinance vacates a portion of the above described street which is not paved nor used by the Public. The ordinance was introduced and passed on first reading at the meeting of the Township Committee of the Township of Franklin in the County of Gloucester held on September 9, 2025 and will be considered for final passage at a meeting to be held by the Township Committee at 7:00 PM on October 14, 2025 at 7:00 PM at which time and place any person interested will be given an opportunity to be heard.
