NOTICE OF INTRODUCTION
TOWNSHIP OF ELK
TAKE NOTICE that the following Ordinances were passed on first reading by the Township Committee of the Township of Elk at a meeting held on September 16, 2025, and that said ordinances will be further considered for final passage and adoption at a meeting to be held on October 2, 2025, at 7:00pm at the Elk Township Municipal Building, 680 Whig Lane, Monroeville, NJ 08343, at which time any person interested therein will be given the opportunity to be heard.
A full and complete copy of ordinances can be obtained without cost by any member of the general public in the office of the Municipal Clerk and a copy is posted in the Municipal Building.
