PUBLIC NOTICE
The Township of Franklin has awarded the following contracts for the year 2026 without competitive bidding as a “Professional Appointment” pursuant to NJSA 40A:11-1 et. seq. and in accordance with a Fair and Open process. The Contracts (unless otherwise noted) and Resolutions authorizing same are available for public inspections within the office of the Franklin Township Municipal Clerk, 1571 Delsea Drive, Franklinville, NJ 08322. All Professional Services Contracts are awarded for the amount stated in the contract.
