YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to serve upon

Albertelli Law Partners of New Jersey LLC, attorneys for plaintiff,

whose address is 14000 Commerce Parkway, Suite H, Mount Laurel,

NJ 08054, (856) 724-1888, an answer to the complaint in foreclosure

filed in a civil action, in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr.

Cooper, is plaintiff, and Sunrun, Inc. and Asset Advantage on behalf

of Fleet Services Corp.., et al. are defendants, pending in the Superior

Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Gloucester County, Docket

No. F-006607-25, within thirty-five (35) days after the date of this

publication, exclusive of such date. Judgment by default may be

rendered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint if you do

not file a responsive pleading. You shall file your Answer and proof of

service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey,

Hughes Justice Complex, P.O. Box 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in

accordance with the rules of civil practice and procedure.

This action has been commenced and is pending to foreclose a

mortgage and recover possession of certain lands and premises, as

follows: The mortgage being foreclosed is dated October 26, 2020,

made by Louis Doto, deceased, and Kathleen Doto, deceased, given

to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as

nominee for Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper, and recorded

in the Gloucester County Clerk’s Office on November 4, 2020, Book

Vol. 16525 and Page 122, at Docket No. 47187. The land and premises

affected by this action and for which possession is sought is Lot 19

and Block 82.51, in the Tax Map of Washington Township, Gloucester

County, known as 7 Deerfield Lane, Sewell NJ 08080.
