Notice of Intent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement –
Williamstown Fire Department Security Project
The Township of Monroe intends to participate in the TIPS (The Interlocal Purchasing System)
contract for Technology Solutions Products and Services (Contract No. 230105) to purchase and
install comprehensive access control, surveillance, and network infrastructure system at the
Williamstown Fire Hall located at 125 Virginia Avenue, Monroe Township, Gloucester County,
New Jersey 08094.
Information regarding the contract may be found at the Township of Monroe Municipal Building
during regular business hours, as well as on the TIPS website at: www.tips-usa.com.
The Township of Monroe anticipates joining this contract on or about June 15, 2025. The TIPS
contract term for these services is through June 14, 2026.
It is the intent of the Township to make a contract award to Rivell LLC pursuant to the proposal
submitted in response to the TIPS contract under Technology Solutions Products and Services.
The Township of Monroe is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under
the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
