LEGAL NOTICE OF INTENT TO ACQUIRE TITLE TO AN ABANDONED VESSEL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the New Jersey Abandoned Vessel Disposition Law (N.J.S.A. 12:C-9 et seq.), J&J Marine, LLC, located at 1596 Hurffville Road, Deptford, NJ 08096, has filed notice regarding a vessel left without consent upon its commercial property. •Vessel Description: 1988 Baja Sport • Hull Identification Number (HIN): AGCQ2139J788 • NJ Registration No.: NJ1953FF • Registered Owner: Thomas David Park 209 W Red Bank Avenue Woodbury, NJ 08096 The above-described vessel has remained continuously on the commercial premises of J&J Marine, LLC since October 2024 without owner authorization or maintenance. Take notice that if the vessel is not claimed and removed within thirty (30) days after the publication date, the applicant will apply for title in the applicant’s name in accordance with the Abandoned Vessel Disposition Law, N.J.S.A. 12:7C-7 et seq.
