NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TAKE Notice a public meeting will be held before the Elk Township Planning Board
at the Elk Township Municipal building, 680 Whig Lane, Monroeville, NJ 08343 on
Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 7pm.
Applicant: Jai and Jas Real Estate LLC
Property Affected: Intersection of County Roads 538 and 553, Elk Township, NJ
Block: 44 Lot: 6
Nature of Application: At this formal public meeting, the Applicant, Jai and Jas
Real Estate LLC will present to the public its application to the Board for approval
of Preliminary Site Plan Approval of a motor fuel filling station. The Applicant,
requests any and all variances and waivers deemed necessary by the Planning
Board.
You may appear in person, by agent, or by attorney, to listen to and to review the
application. All documents pertaining to this application will be on file 10 days
prior to the meeting at the Planning Office of Elk Township Municipal Building and
may be inspected during regular business hours.
