Notice of Public Hearing before the Combined Planning/Zoning Boards of The Township of Elk
TAKE NOTICE that on the 17th day of December 2025, at 7PM, a HEARING will be held before the Elk Township combined Planning/Zoning Board at the Municipal Building, 680 Whig Lane, Monroeville, NJ on the appeal or application of the undersigned for a variance or other relief so as to permit, the installation of an inground swimming pool in the rear yard of my property at 202 Winesap Way, Glassboro, NJ 08028. An application for Bulk variance is required for property line setbacks and for impervious surface restrictions. Pool installation will be completed by VanBrill Pools & Spas. In addition, any additional variances or waivers that the Board may deem necessary are also requested on the property located at 202 Winesap Way, Glassboro NJ 08028 and designated as Block 29.02, Lot 77 on the Tax Map of Elk Township. All documents related to this application are on file with the Planning/Zoning Board Secretary located at 680 Whig Lane, Monroeville, NJ and may be inspected by the public during regular business hours, Monday-Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 PM. Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the combined Planning/Zoning Board.
