Notice of Intent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement
The Borough of Glassboro intends to participate in the Sourcewell cooperative contract for the purpose of purchasing 2024 Caterpillar Asphalt Compactor under Contract #060122-CAT for the Borough of Glassboro’s Water & Sewer Department.
Information regarding the contract may be found at the Borough’s Clerks Office during regular business hours 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, as well as on the Sourcewell website at: (sourcewell-mn.gov). The New Jersey term for Contract No. 060122-CAT expiration is August 1, 2026 It is the intent of the Borough of Glassboro to make a contract award to Foley, Incorporated pursuant to the proposals submitted in response to the Sourcewell Competitive Request for Bid. The Borough of Glassboro is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A 52:34-6.2(b)(3). Comment period ends July 28, 2025.
