Notice of Intent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement
The Borough of Glassboro intends to participate in the Sourcewell cooperative contract for the purpose of purchasing two (2) 2025 Peterbilt 548 One Arm Trash Truck with Heil Automated Side Loader under Contract #032824-PMC and #110223-THC for the Borough of Glassboro’s Highway Department. Information regarding the contract may be found at the Borough’s Clerks Office during regular business hours 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, as well as on the Sourcewell website at: (sourcewell-mn.gov). The New Jersey term for Contract No. 032824-PMC expiration is July 9, 2028, and Contract No.110223-THC expiration is December 28, 2027. It is the intent of the Borough of Glassboro to make a contract award to Mid-Atlantic Waste Systems pursuant to the proposals submitted in response to the Sourcewell Competitive Request for Bid. The Borough of Glassboro is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A 52:34-6.2(b)(3). Comment period ends May 26, 2025
