LEGAL NOTICE
Board of Fire Commissioners, Township of Franklin, Fire District #3 in the county of Gloucester; do hereby give notice to the residents of said district that there will be a Public Hearing of the 2026 Proposed Budget on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. at the Janvier Fire Hall, 3438 Coles Mill Road (Route 538), Janvier, NJ.

Nominating petitions for the following Commissioner positions for the Township of Franklin, Fire District #3 can be obtained from Chairman Charles Stratton, Jr. at the above phone number/email: Two (2) seats on the Board of Fire Commissioners, One (1) seat for a three (3) year term and One (1) seat for a one (1) year term to fill an existing vacancy. Any petitions must be filed no later than January 13, 2026.
