Gloucester County Updates On COVID-19


As of Monday, October 19th Gloucester County has conducted 69,418 total tests. Of these cases, 64,082 have come back negative. Two cases have been moved out of County.Gloucester County’s total positive COVID-19 case count is now 5,336 and has 228 COVID-19 related deaths. As of Monday, Gloucester County has an additional 18 cases to report. Of those cases:
The 5319th case is an 18-year-old male from Glassboro.
The 5320th case is a 58-year-old male from Glassboro.
The 5321st case is an 86-year-old male from East Greenwich Twp.
The 5322nd case is a 19-year-old male from Clayton.
The 5323rd case is a 77-year-old female from Elk.
The 5324th case is a 47-year-old male from Monroe Twp.
The 5325th case is a 16-year-old female from Deptford.
The 5326th case is a 24-year-old male from Glassboro.
The 5327th case is a 43-year-old male from Glassboro.
The 5328th case is an 18-year-old male from West Deptford.
The 5329th case is a 16-year-old male from Harrison Twp.
The 5330th case is a 58-year-old male from Franklin Twp.
The 5331st case is a 63-year-old male from Monroe Twp.
The 5332nd case is a 46-year-old female from Woodbury.
The 5333rd case is a 51-year-old female from Washington Twp.
The 5334th case is a 13-year-old female from Woolwich Twp.
The 5335th case is a 49-year-old male from Monroe Twp.
The 5336th case is a 24-year-old female from Franklin Twp.

The Gloucester County Department of Health and Human Services is working with the New Jersey Department of Health to conduct a full assessment that includes identifying the contacts these individuals have had. At this time, the overall threat of COVID-19 to Gloucester County residents remains low. Gloucester County is expecting cases to rise. Social distancing is critical in flattening the curve and reducing cases. New Jersey residents can call 2-1-1 or 1-800-962-1253 with questions.
