As of Wednesday, September 30th Gloucester County has conducted 61,143 total tests. Of these cases, 56,514 have come back negative. Four cases have been moved out of county.Gloucester County’s total positive COVID-19 case count is now 4,629 and has 221 COVID-19 related deaths. Today, Gloucester County has an additional 27 cases to report. Of those cases:

The 4605th case is a 22-year-old female from Harrison Twp.
The 4606th case is a 33-year-old female from West Deptford.

The 4608th case is a 64-year-old male from Washington Twp.
The 4609th case is a 22-year-old male from Glassboro.
The 4610th case is a 19-year-old male from Glassboro.
The 4611th case is a 21-year-old male form East Greenwich.
The 4612th case is a 19-year-old male from Glassboro.
The 4613th case is a 20-year-old female from Woolwich.

The 4627th case is a 63-year-old male from Logan.

The 4629th case is a 21-year-old female from Glassboro.

The Gloucester County Department of Health and Human Services is working with the New Jersey Department of Health to conduct a full assessment that includes identifying the contacts these individuals have had. At this time, the overall threat of COVID-19 to Gloucester County residents remains low. Gloucester County is expecting cases to rise. Social distancing is critical in flattening the curve and reducing cases. New Jersey residents can call 2-1-1 or 1-800-962-1253 with questions. The call center is open 24/7 and has multi-language capacity. Please note that the call center is not able to diagnose or give medical recommendations. Healthcare providers should be contacted if medical advice is needed. People should call their doctor or hospital before going so healthcare staff can provide instructions on getting care.
