Gloucester County Updates On COVID-19
As of Tuesday, September 29th Gloucester County has conducted 60,785 total tests. Of these cases, 56,179 have come back negative. Two cases have been moved out of county. Gloucester County’s total positive COVID-19 case count is now 4,606. Today, Gloucester County has an additional 20 cases to report. Of those cases:
The 4587th case is a 21-year-old female from Glassboro.
The 4588th case is a 52-year-old male from Deptford.
The 4589th case is a 39-year-old male from Harrison Twp.
The 4590th case is a 26-year-old female from Mantua.
The 4591st case is a 26-year-old male from Monroe Twp.
The 4592nd case is a 27-year-old female from Monroe Twp.
The 4593rd case is a 74-year-old male from Mantua.
The 4594th case is a 22-year-old male from Washington Twp.
The 4595th case is a 49-year-old male from Monroe Twp.
The 4596th case is a 42-year-old male from Clayton.
The 4597th case is a 43-year-old female from Washington Twp.
The 4598th case is a 16-year-old male from Woolwich.
The 4599th case is an 89-year-old male from Monroe Twp.
The 4600th case is a 16-year-old female from Monroe Twp.
The 4601st case is a 27-year-old female from Glassboro.
The 4602nd case is a 59-year-old male from Monroe Twp.
The 4603rd case is a 76-year-old female from Woolwich.
The 4604th case is a 32-year-old female from Greenwich.
The 4605th case is a 44-year-old male from Harrison Twp.
The 4606th case is a 27-year-old male from Swedesboro.
Gloucester County has 221 COVID-19 related deaths. The 221st patient death was a 60-year-old female from Monroe Twp. The Gloucester County Department of Health and Human Services is working with the New Jersey Department of Health to conduct a full assessment that includes identifying the contacts these individuals have had. At this time, the overall threat of COVID-19 to Gloucester County residents remains low. Gloucester County is expecting cases to rise.
