As of Thursday, September 17, 2020 Gloucester County has conducted 56,434 total tests. Of these cases, 52,134 have come back negative. Two cases have been moved out of county. The Gloucester County Department of Health and Human Services is working with the New Jersey Department of Health to conduct a full assessment that includes identifying the contacts these individuals have had. At this time, the overall threat of COVID-19 to Gloucester County residents remains low. Gloucester County is expecting cases to rise. Social distancing is critical in flattening the curve and reducing cases.
