Gloucester County Updates On COVID-19


As of Monday, September 7th, Gloucester County has conducted 52,714 total tests. Of these cases, 48,837 have come back negative. Negative case number adjusted per data update- all tests were not completed within the last 24 hours. Gloucester County’s total positive COVID-19 case count is now 3,877 and has 216 COVID-19 related deaths.Today, Gloucester County has an additional 32 cases to report. Of those cases:

The Gloucester County Department of Health and Human Services is working with the New Jersey Department of Health to conduct a full assessment that includes identifying the contacts these individuals have had. At this time, the overall threat of COVID-19 to Gloucester County residents remains low. Gloucester County is expecting cases to rise.
