Gloucester County Updates On COVID-19
As of Wednesday, September 2nd Gloucester County has conducted 42,668 total tests. Of these cases, 38,926 have come back negative. Two cases have been moved out of County.Gloucester County’s total positive COVID-19 case count is now 3,292 and has 213 COVID-19 related deaths. Today, Gloucester County has an additional 15 cases to report. Of those cases:
The 3728th case is a 24-year-old female from Harrison Twp.
The 3729th case is a 19-year-old female from Mantua.
The 3780th case is a 20-year-old female from Glassboro.
The 3781st case is a 37-year-old male form Paulsboro.
The 3782nd case is a 62-year-old female from Pitman.
The 3783rd case is a 50-year-old female from Woolwich.
The 3784th case is a 19-year-old female from Harrison Twp.
The 3785th case is a 46-year-old female from Deptford.
The 3786th case is a 17-year-old male from Monroe Twp.
The 3787th case is a 52-year-old male from Washington Twp.
The 3788th case is a 66-year-old female from Greenwich Twp.
The 3789th case is a 48-year-old male form Mantua.
The 3790th case is a 36-year-old male from Glassboro.
The 3791st case is a 19-year-old female from Harrison Twp.
The 3792nd case is a 55-year-old female from Mantua.
The Gloucester County Department of Health and Human Services is working with the New Jersey Department of Health to conduct a full assessment that includes identifying the contacts these individuals have had. At this time, the overall threat of COVID-19 to Gloucester County residents remains low. Gloucester County is expecting cases to rise.
