Gloucester County Updates On COVID-19
As of Wednesday, August 12th Gloucester County has conducted 37,601 total tests. Of these cases, 34,273 have come back negative. Gloucester County’s total positive COVID-19 case count is now 3,328. Today, Gloucester County has an additional 25 cases to report. Of those cases:

The 3305th case is a 33-year-old female from Logan.
The 3306th case is a 22-year-old female from Washington Twp.
The 3307th case is an 18-year-old male from Elk.
The 3308th case is a 39-year-old female form Glassboro.
The 3309th case is a 52-year-old male form Glassboro.
The 3310th case is a 17-year-old female from Glassboro.
The 3311th case is a 38-year-old male form East Greenwich.
The 3312th case is a 28-year-old male form Washington Twp.
The 3313th case is a 56-year-old female from Washington Twp.
The 3314th case is a 26-year-old male from Pitman.
The 3315th case is a 22-year-old male from West Deptford.
The 3316th case is a 26-year-old male form West Deptford.
The 3317th case is a 19-year-old male from Clayton.
The 3318th case is a 22-year-old male from Washington Twp.

The 3320th case is a 59-year-old female from Mantua.
The 3321st case is a 34-year-old male form Monroe Twp.

The 3325th case is a 24-year-old female from Pitman.

Gloucester County has 207 COVID-19 related deaths.The 207th patient death was a 77-year-old male from National Park.
The Gloucester County Department of Health and Human Services is working with the New Jersey Department of Health to conduct a full assessment that includes identifying the contacts these individuals have had. At this time, the overall threat of COVID-19 to Gloucester County residents remains low. Gloucester County is expecting cases to rise. Social distancing is critical in flattening the curve and reducing cases. New Jersey residents can call 2-1-1 or 1-800-962-1253 with questions. The call center is open 24/7 and has multi-language capacity. Please note that the call center is not able to diagnose or give medical recommendations. Healthcare providers should be contacted if medical advice is needed. People should call their doctor or hospital before going so healthcare staff can provide instructions on getting care. Most people with mild symptoms do not need to be tested. It is important to stay home and isolate from others while sick.
