CATHERINE ANN LITKA – Obituary

Catherine Ann Litka (née Coskey), age 49, of Greenwich, NJ, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at her home in Greenwich. She is survived by her devoted husband of 22 years, Raymond Frank Litka, with whom she shared 36 loving years. Cherished mother of Raymond James Litka (Jessica Lynn Catania) of Burlington, NJ. Catherine was the beloved daughter of the late James F. and Marie A. (née Feist) Coskey. She is also lovingly remembered by her brothers-in-law Frank Santiago (Cassie) and Mike Litka (Tammy), and her treasured nephews Aiden “A.J.” Santiago and Jackson Santiago, as well as her uncle Robert “Bobby Tom” Kurtz, and many other extended family members. 

Born on April 9, 1976, Catherine was raised in Williamstown, NJ, and attended Williamstown High School. She later lived in Pine Hill for approximately 12 years before settling in Historic Greenwich in Cumberland County, where she resided for the past two years.

Catherine was a passionate advocate for animal welfare and devoted much of her life to animal rescue. She worked closely with numerous rescue organizations across the country, most notably South Jersey Animal Rescue. Her tireless compassion and advocacy touched the lives of countless animals and inspired many within the rescue community.

Catherine’s legacy of love, kindness, and service lives on in the hearts of her family, friends, and the many lives she helped, both human and animal. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
