Anna Theresa Drawdy, age 77, on January 4, 2026, in Franklinville, NJ. Mother of Raymond Drawdy of Franklinville and Wayne Drawdy of Erial. Grandmother of Larissa Drawdy and Matthew Drawdy, both of Franklinville. Beloved daughter of the late Dewey and Anna (née Amendt) Drawdy.
Born on August 13, 1948, in Philadelphia, PA, Anna spent her early childhood there before her family relocated to Collings Lakes, NJ, which remained her cherished home for 52 years. She was a proud graduate of Vineland High School, Class of 1968. In her later years, Anna settled in Franklinville, NJ, which she called home for the past 17 years.
Anna dedicated 22 years of service as a custodian with the Buena Regional School District. She began her career at Collings Lakes Elementary School and later worked at Buena Regional High School, where she remained until her retirement in 2010. She was known for her strong work ethic and commitment to her role within the school community.
In her personal life, Anna found great joy in gardening and took pride in caring for the plants around her home. She was an avid music lover, with a particular fondness for collecting vinyl records and CDs. During her youth in Philadelphia, she lived just three blocks from the American Bandstand studio and frequently attended the show, collecting autographs from Dick Clark and numerous artists. She was a lifelong fan of Elvis Presley and, in her later years, developed a deep appreciation for country music. Anna also enjoyed cooking and sharing meals with those she loved.
