- ZB02-2025 – appoint Christina Mulford as Zoning Board Secretary
- ZB03-2025 – appoint Schaeffer, Nassar, Scheidegg Consulting Engineers, LLC as Engineer and Planner
- ZB04-2025 – appoint South Jersey Times and The Sentinel as the two newspapers
