Ruthann was born on 2-25-1944 in Pottsville, PA – daughter of the late Blair A. and Margaret S. Gresens. Survived by her brother Blair A. Gresens Jr. (Diane). Mother of Thomas C. Halikman (Jennifer), Jodi L. Hoynak (Paul), and David B. Halikman. Loved by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles. Passed away on Wednesday, April 29th with her family by her side.
Ruthann grew up in Philadelphia, PA and Levittown, PA until getting married to Tom Halikman and moving to Bristol, PA then to Levittown, PA and then on to Monroeville, NJ where they then raised their children. Ruthann was very social and became quite involved in her children’s lives from PTA, sporting events, dance classes, and any other activities they became involved in. They all spent many weekends at the rodeo with her husband Tom. Ruthann also enjoyed playing cards, board games, doing puzzles walking on the beach, shopping, and spending time with all of her friends.
Ruthann had many friends throughout her life, and we all have a lot of fond memories of Ruthann from various times during her life. We love you so much Mom / Sis / Grandmom / G-mom / Aunt Ruthie / Ruthann / friend … rest in peace!
