AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 34. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, ARTICLE I, LICENSES, OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF CLAYTON
TAKE NOTE that the foregoing ordinance was introduced at a meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Clayton held on April 23, 2026 and was then read for the first time. The said ordinance will be further considered for final passage by the Mayor and Council at the Municipal Building, 125 N. Delsea Drive, Clayton, New Jersey, at a meeting beginning 6:00 p.m. on May 14, 2026, at which time and place, or any time and place to which such meeting be adjourned, all persons interested will be given an opportunity to be heard concerning such ordinance. BOROUGH OF CLAYTON, GLOUCESTER COUNTY, NEW JERSEY
AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF CLAYTON AMENDING CHAPTER 59, FIRE PREVENTION OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF CLAYTON TO CREATE A NEW ARTICLE III TO ESTABLISH REGULATIONS AND FEES FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF SMOKE ALARM, CARBON MONOXIDE ALARM, AND PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHER COMPPLIANCE
This Ordinance was introduced at a meeting held on the 9th day of April, 2026. It is scheduled for a public hearing and final adoption at a meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Clayton beginning at 6:00 p.m. on the 14th day of May, 2026, at the Municipal Building, 125 N. Delsea Drive, Clayton, New Jersey. The purpose of this Ordinance is to amend Chapter 59, Fire Prevention of the Code Book of the Borough of Clayton. A copy of this Ordinance can be obtained without any cost, by any member of the general public in the Borough Clerk’s office within the Borough of Clayton in the Municipal Building, 125 North Delsea Drive, Clayton, New Jersey, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Christine Newcomb, Municipal Clerk Borough of Clayton
