The TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Wednesday, November 7th, 2018 at 7PM in the Franklin Twp Municipal Hall, S. Delsea Drive, Franklinville, for Matthew Lyons, located on 1172 Piney Hollow Road, Newfield, block 6601 Lot 24. ZB18-11 is seeking a variance to construct a 30′ x 40′ (1200 sq. ft. ) garage for personal use/storage along with existing garage space of 300 sq. ft. vs. 1200 sq. ft. garage space permitted and any and all variances and waivers required.
All documents relating to this matter have been filed with the Secretary and are available for inspection during regular business hours.
