PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice to Bidders
Public Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Fire
Commissioners of Fire District No. 3, Township of Franklin, Gloucester County, for the
sale of 1997 E-One Pumper and a 1990 Mack/E-One Pumper.
These pieces of equipment shall be sold at a public sale by sealed bids held on
August 13, 2024, at the Janvier Fire Station at 7:30 p.m., 3438 Coles Mill Road;
Franklinville, NJ, and are subject to the following restrictions.
- Minimum bid of $50,000 for the 1997 E-One Pumper with a delivery date on
or about September 3, 2024.
2. Minimum bid of $5,000 for the 1990 Mack/E-One Pumper with an immediate
delivery.
3. Equipment to be included with each piece of apparatus is available by
contacting the Commissioners c/o: Charles Stratton, Jr. ,P.O. Box 505,

4. 10% bid bond or cash deposit is required with the sealed bid.
5. The Fire District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
All sealed bids must be received by the Fire District c/o Charles Stratton, Jr.; 1325
Stanton Avenue, Franklinville, NJ 08322 no later than: By mail, August 13, 2024;
or at the meeting on August 13, 2024, at 3438 Coles Mill Road; Franklinville, NJ by
7:30 p.m.
