Pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act of the State of New Jersey, adequate notice is hereby given that the Elk Township Committee will hold a Special Meeting to discuss anticipated litigation and attorney-client privilege communications relating to shared service agreement with the Borough of Clayton and contract negotiations and attorney-client privilege matters concerning Affordable Housing on Tuesday, February 26th, 2019 at 7:00PM in the Elk Township Municipal Building, 680 Whig Lane, Aura, NJ 08343.
