YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to serve upon Albertelli Law Partners of New Jersey LLC, attorneys for plaintiff, whose address is 14000 Commerce Parkway, Suite H, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054, (856) 724-1888, an answer to the complaint in foreclosure filed in a civil action, in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is plaintiff, and Daniel P. Watson aka Daniel Watson, et al. are defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Gloucester County, Docket No. F-010515-25, within thirty-five (35) days after the date of this publication, exclusive of such date.
Judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint if you do not file a responsive pleading. You shall file your Answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hughes Justice Complex, P.O. Box 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the rules of civil practice and procedure. This action has been commenced and is pending to foreclose a mortgage and recover possession of certain lands and premises, as follows: The mortgage being foreclosed is dated September 15, 2022, made by Daniel P. Watson aka Daniel Watson, given to MERS Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Envoy Mortgage, LTD., and recorded in the Gloucester County Clerk’s Office on September 19, 2022, Book 17758 and Page 217, et seq. The land and premises affected by this action and for which possession is sought is Lot 15 and Block 8201 in the Tax Map of Monroe Township NJ, known as 2866 Jackson Road, Williamstown, NJ 08094.
