Planning/Zoning Board of Adjustment held on August 26, 2024 at 7:00 PM, time
prevailing, the following resolution was adopted in the matter set forth herein:

ACTION TAKEN: PRELIMINARY MAJOR SITE PLAN, DENSITY VARIANCE,
