PUBLIC NOTICE Date: April 20, 2023 NJDEP Freshwater Wetlands Letter of Interpretation (LOI) Line Verification and Presence/Absence Applications Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:7A-17.3(c), this is to provide legal notification that applications for two LOIs will be submitted to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), Division of Land Resource Protection by Gloucester Solar I, LLC (Applicant). The Applicant’s mailing address is: Gloucester Solar I, LLC 100 Brickstone Square, Suite 300 Andover, MA 01810 The applications include a Presence/Absence LOI and a Line Verification LOI in Franklin Township, Gloucester County, New Jersey. The applications involve the following properties: Line Verification LOI: Block 1901, Lot 1 Presence/Absence LOI: Block 1902, Lots 9.01, 10, 11, and 12 The LOI applications request that NJDEP confirm the presence and extent of any freshwater resources located on the properties. The complete permit applications can be reviewed at either the Franklin Township Municipal Clerk’s office or by appointment at the NJDEP’s Trenton Office. The NJDEP welcomes comments and any information that you may provide concerning the proposed development and site.
